What are the store opening hours?
Each store has its own opening hours — you will find them on the store page in the brand catalogue. If they are not listed, call the mall administration.
Is there parking and how much does it cost?
Yes, a free outdoor car park for 400 cars on the Valikhanov St. side. Open 24/7.
Where is City Mall?
56 Ch. Valikhanov St., Petropavlovsk. Directions are in 2GIS, Google and Yandex Maps on the “Contacts” page.
Is there free Wi-Fi at the mall?
Yes, free Wi-Fi works throughout the mall. Network City Mall Free, no password.
Shops and services
Where is the ATM?
Halyk and Kaspi ATMs are on floor 1 by the main entrance.
Can I return an item?
Each store sets its own return policy. Contact the store with your receipt.
Is there a food court?
Yes, the food court is on floor 3: 12 cafés, open until 23:00.
Is there a kids’ area?
The Kids Fun entertainment centre is on floor 3, next to the cinema.
